Our Approach
OAK EMR is built for the day-to-day work of medical practices. The platform is organized around the handoffs that matter: scheduling and intake, clinical documentation, results and follow-up, charge review, billing work, patient communication, and operational reporting.
Specialty workflows can be configured to fit each practice. For example, a dermatology team may need body diagrams, lesion and photography records, biopsy and pathology tracking, procedures, and recalls alongside the connection between clinical work and revenue activity.
Based in Lehi, Utah, the OAK EMR team works directly with practices to understand requirements, define the implementation scope, configure selected workflows, prepare users, and support the transition.
How We Work With Practices
Software selection should be specific. We begin by reviewing the practice structure, current systems, essential workflows, user roles, locations, data requirements, external connections, and operational priorities. The resulting quote and implementation scope document what is included.
Demonstrations are tailored to the workflows a practice wants to evaluate. That gives providers, managers, front-desk teams, clinical staff, and billers a practical way to assess how OAK EMR would fit their work.
Guided Transition and Direct Service
Changing systems requires coordinated decisions. The transition plan identifies the source data, field mappings, validation steps, configuration, training, responsibilities, timing, and go-live support appropriate to the agreed scope.
After implementation, support terms and contact paths remain documented so the practice knows where to bring product questions, workflow needs, and account requests.
OAK EMR is a product brand of Perry Software LLC. Customer agreements, invoices, privacy terms, and other legal documents may identify Perry Software LLC as the contracting entity.
Simplicity
Software should make work easier, not harder. We obsess over usability.
Transparency
Quotes identify selected modules, user and location rates, implementation work, external costs, and contract terms.
Partnership
Implementation and support begin with clear owners, practical checkpoints, and direct communication.
