These SMS Terms of Service apply to operational text messages sent by OAK EMR, operated by Perry Software LLC and its healthcare practice demo environment.

Program description

By opting in, you agree to receive operational SMS messages related to appointment reminders, scheduling updates, billing notices, account updates, and care follow-up messaging.

Message frequency varies based on your activity, practice workflow, and support requests.

Fees

Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier plan.

How to opt out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from this number unless you opt back in.

Eligibility and consent

You must provide your own mobile number or have permission from the mobile subscriber to opt in. Consent to receive operational text messages is not a condition of treatment, purchase, or payment.

Supported carriers and delivery

Delivery is subject to wireless carrier network availability. Perry Software LLC is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages caused by carrier issues or device limitations.
